Our recruiters do full desk recruiting -- you will be working with both candidates and clients. Best part? No need to meet candidates or clients - we use technology to find the best match and then you call them to ensure your clients and candidates are getting a great match!

What you need for this position:

- 1+ yrs agency recruiting experience
- Superb written & verbal communication skills
- Email/Internet whiz - Outlook, Word
- Local candidates only or great recruiters who are already relocating to the Boston / Framingham area - no telecommuting.
